Learning and Development

  • Assists in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and compiles assessment results for inclusion in the Annual Training plan.
  • Coordinates with department heads to ensure that technical or position-based training programs are implemented with proper approval and documentation.
  • Facilitates onboarding sessions and orientation programs for newly hired employees.
  • Organizes and delivers soft skills Learning sessions to support employee development and competency enhancement.
  • Coordinates corporate-level training programs and ensures participation of the business unit's representatives.
  • Monitors and maintains accurate training records and documentation, and prepares a monthly utilization report.
  • Reviews and analyzes post-training evaluation results to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Tracks Training and Development budgets and ensures compliance with approved allocations.

Employee Engagement

  • Develops, implements, and facilitates employee engagement activities and initiatives that foster positive work culture, employee morale, and retention.
  • Collaborates with department heads and managers to design customized engagement programs based on identified needs and feedback results.
  • Supports the achievement of the business unit's engagement-related KRAs by ensuring alignment of activities with organizational objectives.
  • Monitors and manages the engagement budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
