Develops competitive total rewards strategies aligned with business goals.
Conducts salary benchmarking and benefits cost analysis.
Analyzes engagement and utilization data for continuous improvement.
Designs recognition and incentive programs to boost retention.
Leads payroll and benefits team for efficient, compliant operations.
Maintains SOPs for payroll and benefits administration.
Collaborates with HR and department heads to address compensation and benefits issues.
