
HR Assistant for Employee Engagement

Job Overview:
The HR Assistant for Employee Engagement will support the HR Manager in developing and implementing strategies and programs that foster positive employee experiences, cultivate a productive workplace culture, and enhance overall organizational performance. He/She will help coordinate and execute programs and activities aimed at improving employee satisfaction, morale, and retention.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute engagement programs, events, and activities
- Create surveys and gather employee feedback
- Coordinate event logistics, vendors, and materials
- Produce creative content (articles, posters, videos) for engagement initiatives
- Support employee recognition and reward programs
- Analyze data and prepare engagement reports
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to boost morale and productivity
- Serve as a point person for engagement-related inquiries
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or related field
- 1–2 years experience in employee engagement and events.
- Proficient in MS 365, Google Workspace, Google Form, Canva & CapCut
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
