About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Training and Engagement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and implementing training programs, employee engagement activities, and internal communication initiatives that strengthen workforce capability and morale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and execute employee training programs and learning sessions.
  • Conduct training needs analysis in coordination with department heads and HR.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and document the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Develop creative employee engagement programs, recognition activities, and internal events.
  • Support internal communications that promote organizational culture, values, and initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and metrics on training completion, participation, and engagement results.
  • Assist in other HR-related initiatives and events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in training, employee engagement, or HR-related functions.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital tools for learning and engagement.
