Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Learning and Development Specialist based in Metro Manila. The specialist will design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employees' skills and professional development. The role involves identifying training needs, collaborating with various departments to create learning strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth. The HR Learning and Development Specialist will maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in HR to support the overall development of employees.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
  • Experienced in HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Skilled in Personnel Management and employee development
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Exposure to learning management systems or training platforms is a plus
  • Experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry is an advantage
