Become part of an expanding debt invalidation company as a Sales Closer. In this role, you'll support clients by walking them through their financial options, gathering critical information, and successfully converting prospects through a secure, CRM-based sales process.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)

Compensation: Php45,000 per month plus commission for every successful signup

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with prospective clients to assess their current debt concerns
  • Collect required client details, including Social Security information, and perform soft credit checks
  • Clearly communicate how the debt validation process works and address client questions or concerns
  • Distribute agreements and consistently follow up to ensure documents are completed
  • Monitor and update client progress using the company's CRM system
  • Adhere to strict data protection and security standards (VPN access may be required)

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success as a high-performing sales closer, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport
  • Comfortable discussing credit reports, guiding clients through sensitive information, and asking strategic questions

Technical Requirements:

  • Main and backup computers equipped with at least an Intel i3 processor (or equivalent) and 8GB RAM
  • A minimum of 100GB free storage space
  • Operating system requirements: Windows 11 or newer, or macOS X 10.8 or later
  • Noise-canceling headset with a built-in microphone to ensure clear, professional communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,000.00 per month
