Job Title: Remote - Remote US Sales Recruiter

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic Remote US Sales Recruiter to join our team. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates exceptionally well in English, and brings energy and enthusiasm to every conversation. You will play a key role in attracting top-tier sales talent for our growing team across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various U.S.-based sales roles
  • Conduct engaging phone and video interviews with professionalism and energy
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of potential candidates and regularly follow up
  • Represent the company with a positive, enthusiastic, and approachable demeanor

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Charismatic, high-energy, and personable
  • Experience in sales recruitment or related recruiting roles preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Comfortable working U.S. Mountain Standard Time hours

Technical Requirements:

  • Own computer setup at home with dual monitors
  • High-speed internet connection
  • Backup device/battery and internet connection
  • Webcam (on-camera required during working hours)
  • USB-type headset with noise-cancellation feature
  • Dedicated workspace free from noise and distractions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
