Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including preparing employment contracts, conducting new hire orientations, and ensuring necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Employee Records Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, leave records, and performance reviews.
  • Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off policies.
  • Process benefit enrollments, changes, and claims.
  • Payroll Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the payroll department, such as collecting time sheets, verifying hours worked, and processing payroll adjustments.
  • General HR Administration:
  • Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support to HR managers and staff.
  • Assist in organizing HR events, such as employee training and development programs
