We are seeking passionate and technically savvy individuals to join our dynamic team as Telco Tech Support Representatives. In this full-time, office-based role in Davao del Sur Davao, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional technical support and customer service to ensure their complete satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound customer calls and resolving a wide range of technical issues related to our telecommunications products and services
  2. Diagnosing problems, troubleshooting, and implementing effective solutions to address customer concerns
  3. Educating customers on the proper use of our products and services, ensuring they are maximising the benefits
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
  6. Continuously updating your technical knowledge to stay ahead of the latest industry developments

What we're looking for

  1. Proven customer service experience in a call centre or technical support environment
  2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly diagnose and resolve customer issues
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  4. Familiarity with telecommunications products and services, or a willingness to learn
  5. Proficiency in using relevant software and technology tools to assist customers
  6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude
