We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Telecommunications Account. As a CSR, you will handle customer concerns, assist with telecom services, and provide outstanding service through voice support. We are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer care.


Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (BPO or non-BPO)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Must meet B2 English proficiency level or higher
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
  • Willing to work on-site in Davao City
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries regarding mobile, internet, or landline services
  • Provide solutions to billing issues, account concerns, and service interruptions
  • Deliver clear and accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Document all customer interactions in the system accurately
  • Escalate complex concerns as needed while maintaining ownership of the issue
  • Meet performance targets related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
