Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts in Power Systems, Lithium Battery Solutions, and Rectifiers specifically targeting the Telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven sales experience, and deep knowledge of power backup and energy storage systems used in telecom infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets across product lines: Power Systems, Lithium Batteries, and Rectifiers.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the telecom industry (mobile operators, tower companies, ISPs, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits, product presentations, and technical discussions with customers.
Product & Market Expertise:
- Maintain a strong understanding of product features, benefits, and applications, especially as they relate to telecom infrastructure.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry regulations.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and logistics teams to deliver outstanding customer service and solutions.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in power systems, batteries, or telecom energy infrastructure.
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Lithium-Ion Batteries (especially LiFePO4 and NMC chemistries)
- DC Power Systems & Rectifiers
- Telecom Energy Solutions (off-grid, hybrid, and grid-tied systems)
- Proven ability to close complex technical sales with large telecom customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and project support.
Preferred:
- Existing network within telecom operators, tower companies, and system integrators.
- Experience with energy management systems (EMS), battery monitoring, and renewable hybrid integration.
- Familiarity with regional telecom energy regulations and procurement processes.
