About the Role:

Human Resource Generalist is responsible for hiring, developing and looking after employees. Support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. Also responsible for administrative task and contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiative and system
  • Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing hiring process.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance management process.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Process government-mandated benefits.
  • Timekeeping and payroll inquire.
  • Clearance, quit claim and last pay release preparation for resigned employees.
  • Other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resource / Psychology or any business-related course

Work Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in Renewable Industry is preferrable (Supervisory / Managerial level)

Salary is negotiable (commensurate with experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
