
Sales Manager

A sales manager for Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) and In-Building Solutions (IBS) in wireless telecommunications is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue by leading a sales team, developing client relationships, understanding market trends, and creating strategies to meet sales targets for wireless infrastructure products and services. Key responsibilities include managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market conditions, and providing expertise on wireless technologies like BTS and IBS.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a sales team to achieve sales quotas and drive revenue growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored wireless solutions.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, explore new partnerships, and develop strategic plans to expand market share.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions related to BTS and IBS.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies, create sales forecasts, and manage budgets to ensure profitability and achieve business goals.
- Technical Expertise: Effectively explain complex wireless solutions (BTS, IBS) to clients in an understandable way, recommending appropriate technology and infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Typically a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Communications, Marketing, or a related business area.
- Experience: Several years of sales or client relationship experience in the telecommunications market, particularly with wireless BTS and IBS products, is essential.
- Candidate must be willing to work Mondays to Fridays in BGC, Taguig City
