Sales Manager, Hospitality Group, Metro Manila, Philippines
We are looking for a Sales Manager for a hospitality group who will be driving revenue and profitability by achieving or exceeding monthly revenue and goals. The role will be working to develop, build, and maintain long - term relationships with clients within the designated areas or accounts to support the strategy of account retention, penetration, and prospecting clients.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Management or Hospitality Management
Proven sales experience in a deluxe home or high end hotel property
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain key client partnerships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and adept in preparing reports and presentations.
Technically savvy and comfortable working with digital tools, CRM platforms, and sales systems.
Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong skills in data interpretation, accuracy, and reporting.
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to be based in Mandaluyong area
