General Manager, International Hospitality Brand, Metro Manila, Philippines
An international hospitality brand is looking for a General Manager for a property in Metro Manila . The successful candidates will oversee the day to day overall operations of the property ensuring profitability and compliance to quality brand standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or any business related course
Ten (10) years of progressive working experience in the hospitality industry
Three (3) years of which is in a General Manager or Resident Manager role
Experience working in properties with leisure amenities, food & beverage outlets, function rooms & lounge area
Excellent management and leadership skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Willingness to be based in any location in the Philippines
Open to all nationalities, preferably already in the Philippines and/or with a valid work permit in the Philippines
