Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Hospital Sales Specialist, starting immediately. The role is located in Manila. The Hospital Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within assigned hospital territories, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, conducting product presentations, and achieving sales targets. This role requires daily coordination with internal teams, attending trainings, monitoring competition, and providing feedback to improve the company's product offerings and sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Hospital Sales and Medical Sales
  • Strong Territory Management and Business Planning skills
  • Proven track record in achieving Sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of the local healthcare market and network
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales is a plus
