Online Distribution Assistant Manager for a Hotel Group, Metro Manila, Philippines
A premiere hotel group, with properties across the Philippines, is looking for an Online Distribution Assistant Manager, to join its dynamic organization. This position will be responsible in maximizing online revenue potential, reduce OTA dependency, and enhance the guest booking experience. The successful candidate will ensure online visibility of hotel rooms with competitive pricing and easy booking process across multiple online channels.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Three (3) years supervisory experience in e-commerce, online distribution, or digital sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong understanding of OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms, GDS systems, and channel managers
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, and make data-driven decisions
Proficient in using distribution tools and systems
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, marketing, and revenue teams
Willing to work in Alabang
