Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Banking and Finance Customer Service Representative (CSR) located in Technoplaza 2
, Eastwood City, Cyberpark, Bagumbayan, Quezon City
. The CSR will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting customer inquiries and needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, handling complaints, processing transactions, and maintaining customer records. The CSR will also be expected to adhere to company policies and provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver excellent Customer Service
  • Skills in providing an exceptional Customer Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus
  • atleast 1-yr solid BPO (Voice international) experience
