Job Overview

• We are looking for a team member for the Sectors/Products/Business support & MI FBA Team which will focus on finance business advice for the Wholesale Banking HQ departments
• You will create & provide management information, analyses and business advice to the leads of the respective teams and to respective MT members of WB Sectors, Products and business support Functions, in order to support them in meeting their Financial KPI's. You will perform the Flash & Actuals for your area of responsibility. Further, you will coordinate the Dynamic Plan and Rolling Forecast processes for your area of responsibility within WB.
• Your role is located in Wholesale Banking Finance department in Manila, and you report to the Lead of either the Sectors, Products, Business Support or MI Team. You will operate in a dynamic international environment with many stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• As a team member of the FBA WB Finance HQ team, you have the following key responsibilities:
• Your primary responsibility is to provide your lead and certain MT members of the business & business support MTs with financial information, analyses and advice in order to enable them to achieve their financial KPI's and to further improve performance
• You perform the Flash and Actuals reporting for your area of responsibility within WB
• You coordinate the Dynamic Plan and Rolling Forecast Processes for your area of responsibility within WB NL
• You focus on and improve the data quality of the management accounting information used in your area of responsibility, including MIS One Bank and Value Reporter
  You strive to limit manual processes and to ma- imise automation
• You maintain relationships with relevant other WB Funtions, support them with insights to improve performance and also challenge them on their forecasts and other matters when needed
• You work closely with other ING Finance teams across the globe and in HQ to ensure alignment

Furthermore, you have:

• Academic degree in Finance or Economics
  3-5 years of e- perience in a financial advice position in Financial Institution
  E- perience with relevant MI systems
  You have e- perience in translating analyses into advice to be given
• You have strong knowledge of MS office, including Powerpoint to be able to build powerful presentations
• You have the ambition to combine in-depth knowledge of the business and its financial recognition and translate this into advice to improve the performance of WB
• You ensure collaboration and effective interaction with many internal stakeholders (WB Business, other WB Finance FBA teams, other Finance teams around ING locations etc)
• You are convincing, strong in problem analysis, innovative and pragmatic
