Finance Staff / Bookkeeping
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance/Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial transactions and records of our organization. The primary responsibilities include accurately processing accounts payable and receivable, managing payroll, reconciling bank statements, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing basic financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fundamental bookkeeping principles, proficiency with accounting software (like QuickBooks or similar), and a commitment to maintaining strict financial confidentiality and compliance.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- Direct experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar finance role (minimum of 2 year) is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP).
- Exceptional attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred):
- Experience managing payroll or using dedicated payroll software.
- Certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper or similar).
