Position Title: Accounting Manager CPA Location: Mandaue City, Cebu Salary Range: PHP 120,000 – 150,000/month Industry: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) Employment Type: Full-time Job Description We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead and oversee the accounting operations of our Cebu-based team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably in the FMCG industry, and will ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting and compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including A/P, A/R, GL, and tax compliance. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits. Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and local tax regulations. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff. Collaborate with other departments (sales, supply chain, etc.) to align financial reporting with business goals. Analyze financial data to support decision-making and business strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA license is preferred, but not strictly required (especially with strong FMCG experience). Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Solid experience in FMCG or manufacturing industries is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards. Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar ERP software). Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Must be based in Cebu City or willing to relocate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
