GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

· Manages warehouse operations from receiving, warehousing and dispatching by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, procedures and policies.

· Ensures compliance to local regulation, international standards such as GDP and clients requirements in warehousing and materials handling.

· Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

· Ensures stocks are stored in correct temperature requirement and other specifications to preserve quality.

· Maintains good physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new designs layouts; inspecting equipment; reporting damages and needed repairs. This also covers that all measuring equipment as calibrated/validated on time in coordination with QA Department.

· Manages warehouse personnel job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising performance results.

· Reports to executive management performance results, updates and future plans and targets.

· Completes warehouse deliverables and assigning/assisting staff on accomplish the job.

· Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with system records.

· Warrants all movements are well documented and forwarded to accounting department to ensure all are billed to clients.

· Supervises over-all maintenance of good housekeeping and pest control program in the warehouse.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
