The Warehouse Jr. Manager is responsible for ensuring accuracy in Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, and Data Management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensures alignment of team to the department's key performance area and achievement of section and individuals to the set KPI's.
  • Proposes operational improvement projects contributing to the departmental goals based on the available date.
  • Oversees and ensures accurate and effective project implementation at every stage.
  • Collaborates with team members, supervisors, and department heads to resolve issues and ensure efficient production operations, as well as maintain safety and security.
  • Builds trust, fosters positive relationships, and maintains a healthy work environment by providing accurate information, demonstrating empathy and understanding, and taking responsibility for words and actions.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and other related courses.
  • At least 3 years work experience in the Food Industry, preferably Manufacturing, in the same position of higher.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint and Google Applications)
  • Knowledgeable in government regulatory, GMP, Food Safety and Quality.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details.
  • Candidate must be willing to be assigned at Marian Business Park San Martin de Porres Paranaque City
