Position: Warehouse Manager

Location: Sucat, Parañaque

Work setup: Dayshift - Onsite

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, lead warehouse teams, and ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant processes. This role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end warehousing and distribution activities while driving performance, productivity, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise overall warehouse operations to meet set KPIs and targets.
  • Enforce operational procedures and company policies to maintain efficiency and compliance.
  • Plan and control the warehouse budget, monitor variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through scheduled counts and WMS reconciliation.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development of warehouse staff to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare and coordinate quotations, bids, and client presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, finalizing CAPA reports and addressing audit findings.
  • Prepare regular warehouse and distribution performance reports and communicate results to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Solid experience managing warehouse operations, preferably in logistics or 3PL.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of WMS (preferably JDA), inventory management, and ISO (IMS) standards.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-driven reporting.
  • Highly analytical, proactive, and results-oriented with strong time-management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
