About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse and Purchasing Manager to join our dynamic team at Dynamic Elite Construction Corp. in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing our warehouse operations and procurement functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our supply chain.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including inventory management, stock control, and distribution
  • Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies required for our construction projects
  • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible terms and pricing
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems and procedures
  • Analyse data and generate reports to optimise warehouse and purchasing operations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of warehouse and purchasing professionals

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 or more years of experience in a warehouse or purchasing management role, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and procurement functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices
  • Proficient in the use of inventory management and procurement software
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
