Business Development & Sales Representative – Hospitality (Metro Manila)

We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Representative with hospitality experience who's passionate about cultivating strong, lasting relationships and driving meaningful business growth across Metro Manila and the region.

Key Responsibilities:


• Sales & Business Development: Identify new prospects, develop existing accounts, and conduct market research to understand industry trends.


• Account Management & Growth: Proactively manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage receivables to ensure timely collections.


• Reports & Analysis: Analyze market trends, generate sales reports, and collaborate with the Singapore HQ and regional teams to meet objectives.


• Play an active role in driving the company's growth strategy by aligning client needs with our solutions.


• Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.

What We're Looking For:


• Based in Metro Manila with 1-3 years' experience in sales/marketing—preferably in hospitality or hotel-related roles (including internships).


• Strong English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, evolving market.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to changing client needs.


• A genuine desire to build long-term client relationships beyond short-term sales.
