  • At least 3 or more years work experience in Cost Estimating, Material take-off, equipment utilization and labor wages.
  • Familiar with different forms of contracts and of project planning.
  • Familiarity with relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management software.
  • Should be an active English Communicator both verbal and written.
  • Dedicated, trustworthy and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Preferably a resident of Davao City.
