About the role

WRN Health Incorporated is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and construction of various civil engineering projects within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and developing detailed civil engineering plans, specifications, and drawings
  • Conducting site inspections and monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and quality standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and contractors, to coordinate project timelines and deliverables
  • Analysing engineering data, identifying potential issues, and proposing solutions to optimise project outcomes
  • Preparing progress reports, cost estimates, and other documentation to support project management and decision-making
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in civil engineering

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects
  • Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, BIM, MS Projects and project management tools
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex engineering challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Thorough understanding of civil engineering codes, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Registered as a Professional Civil Engineer (R.C.E.) or equivalent professional certification
