About the role

Woodridge Park Homeowners Association is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Supervisor to join our team. This full-time role is based in Maa, Davao City. The Technical Supervisor will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our Civil/Structural Engineering infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and coordinate the maintenance and repair of all Civil/Structural Engineering systems and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential problems
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of services and materials
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all technical activities and projects
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the Woodridge Park Homeowners Association team as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience in Civil/Structural Engineering, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of Civil/Structural Engineering systems and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, safety protocols, and best practices
