Sr. QS

• Responsible in preparing realistic, adaptable and accurate initial budget estimates and cash flow projection.
• Conducts quantity take-off and estimates on approved construction drawings, existing field conditions and specifications of the project in coordination with the Cost Engineer and the Quantity Surveying Department on various stages of project:

a.) Contract Design Estimate

b.) Definitive Office Estimate

c.) Detailed Bill of Quantities; and

d.) Value Engineering.

• Responsible for the supervision of Quantity Surveyor for CSA and coordinates with MEPF Quantity Surveyors involved in the project being handled.

• Prepare, manage and undertakes review and finalizes Cost Plan, Bill of Quantities and preliminary estimate works ensuring that these comply with the project brief and timescale, budget estimates and all relevant quality objectives, work instructions in the department and quality management system.
• Preparation of CSA Works bid packages and standard bid documents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27, Php28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Davao City (Davao del Sur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Quantity Survey / Estimation : 1 year (Preferred)
