Position:
Head of Group Insurance

The Head of Group Insurance is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the company's group insurance strategy and execution particularly for the life business. This role leads the development, design, and management of group products and solutions tailored for Corporations, SMEs, Associations, and Affinity Partners, and plays a critical role in expanding corporate client relationships, enhancing customer value propositions, and achieving revenue and profitability targets within the group insurance business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end group insurance business, including product development, pricing, sales strategy, and portfolio management.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, brokers, agents, and institutional partners.
  • Drive innovation in group life and health to address evolving corporate and employee needs.
  • Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, claims, and distribution teams to deliver sustainable business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards.

  • Excellent leadership, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver revenue growth and manage large, complex portfolios.
