About the role:

  • Responsible for ensuring that all Account Assistants are performing at the highest level of efficiency in support of the branch operations
  • Monitor the SLAs of all operations at the branch, including any required delivery to clients (quotations, policy issuance, SOA's, renewal notices etc.) and the aim is to ensure we are delivering the best possible service by adhering to the set SLAs and TATs
  • Coordination and collaboration to ensure consistent roll out and execution of Policies and Procedures across the branches. There is a good amount of monitoring , time and motion studies, UAT coordination and any process reviews that aim to all get to efficiency levels required to deliver best results for the client.
  • Training of Account Assistants and monitoring of all sales support activities that will contribute to the achievement of sales targets
  • Participating and leading various sales efficiency projects are also within the scope of this role
  • Will report directly to the Head of Agency Sales and Development

Qualifications:

  • Seasoned Agency Devt Officer or Account Officer is a priority
  • Solid experience in any of the Operations Function, i.e. Claims, Underwriting or Business Center can also be considered
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills, able to deliver required information and reports in a timely manner
  • Experience in project management and data analytics is a plus factor, proactively collaborates and seeks ways to improve and get to better efficiency levels and improvement of processes
  • Highly competent in excel, word and power point
