  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

Problem-Solving & Compliance

  • Resolve issues like delays, damages, or customs clearance problems.
  • Ensure adherence to legal requirements (e.g., safety standards, import/export laws).

Communication & Collaboration

  • Liaise with other departments (sales, procurement, customer service) to align logistics with business goals.
  • Provide regular reports on logistics performance to senior management.
