  • Plans, organizes and conducts activities in the warehouse for the purpose of ensuring availability and efficient distribution of stocks and materials.
  • Manages warehouse and all satellite locations for the purpose of maintaining required inventory levels, an organized stock layout and safe work environment.
  • Conducts periodic physical inventories for the purpose of verifying stock and identifying losses.
  • Inspects warehouse equipment for the purpose of maintaining equipment in safe operating condition
  • Monitor staff to ensure stock and non-stock items are received within specifications and that quantity and quality of order are correct.
  • Processes stock requisitions for the purpose of ensuring that supplies and materials are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all items for delivery are loaded and unloaded in a systematic and orderly manner.
  • Collaborate with sales administration to ensure that products reach the right customer at the optimal time in a cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure timely encoding of requires data in ERIC system
  • Submit required reports such as monthly activity and other reports as directed by the employer.
  • Participate, coordinate and support warehouse and logistics operations. Collaborate with other department.
  • Check and analyzes documents, such as but not limited to dispatch report, inventory accuracy report, bad order report etc. for thoroughness and completeness and prepare additional documentation, when necessary, with corresponding recommendation for action.
  • Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Overseeing ordering, storing, receiving, and distributing processes
  • Work with the logistics team to manage shipping processes and schedules
  • Follow and adhere to all administrative policies being implemented by the employer.
  • Carry out other reasonable duties as required by the employer.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
