The Encoder is primarily responsible for encoding and printing all transactions related to the receipt of raw materials, packaging, and operating supplies. Key duties include entering supplier invoices into the system, generating and printing, receiving reports, maintaining daily inventory, and monitoring cycle counts in assigned areas. They are also responsible for recording the quantities of materials received or distributed, encoding internal documents, organizing all related reports and paperwork, and the preparation of discrepancy reports for any damaged materials received.

To qualify for the role, the candidate must be a degree holder of any 4-years course, preferably with at least 6 months of relevant experience but newly graduates and/or candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
