Job Summary:

The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the warehouse and logistics functions, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, dispatch, and transportation of goods. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:Warehouse Operations

  • Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
  • Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts.
  • Ensure warehouse space is utilized effectively and kept clean.
  • Monitor safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Train and evaluate warehouse employees.

Logistics Management

  • Coordinate shipments and deliveries with carriers and suppliers.
  • Plan and optimize delivery routes and schedules.
  • Track and monitor raw materials and inventory levels.
  • Conduct cost analysis to select cost-effective transportation options.
  • Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods between locations.
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues.

Administrative & Compliance

  • Maintain documentation for shipments, inventory, and supplier performance.
  • Participate in quality control and material review processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and Global Harmonized System requirements.
  • Assist in purchasing activities and supplier evaluation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
