The Warehouse Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that all stock movements within the warehouse are properly documented and organized. This role supports the warehouse operations team by conducting regular cycle counts, verifying stock levels, investigating variances, and assisting in inventory reporting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Record, update, and reconcile inventory data in the warehouse management system (WMS) or Excel reports.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to confirm that quantities and item details match delivery documents.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and report findings to the Inventory or Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Assist in the receiving, labeling, storing, and organizing of materials or products in their designated areas.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements (receipts, transfers, adjustments, and dispatches).
  • Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Help implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize losses and errors.
  • Support periodic full physical inventory counts as required by management or auditors.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or vocational certificate is a plus; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
  • Skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy, Proficient in Microsoft Excel or warehouse management systems (WMS), Good communication and coordination skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25–30 kg, stand for extended periods, and perform warehouse tasks safely.
