Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistic Manager located in Caloocan City, NCR. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing and controlling inbound logistics, picking and outbound operations to maximize process efficiency and productivity. Daily tasks include implementation of seamless and smooth operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and striving excellence in inventory management. The role also involves identifying improvement areas and implementing strategic changes to promote continous improvement.

Role Target

  • Maximizing sales by ensuring timely and accurate store deliveries
  • Managing smooth inbound, picking and outbound operations at lowest possible cost

Qualifications

  • Logistics or Supply Chain professional with >3years of people leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Results driven with a hands-on-mentality
  • Highly motivated and resilient
  • B.A University Degree (Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field)

Tasks

  • Personnel Responsibility for >100 Logistics Personnel
  • Leading and controlling three warehouse managers for receiving, picking and outbound operations
  • Strict implementation of DALI's warehouse standard procedures
  • Daily inventory management, ensuring FEFO and orchestrating monthly warehouse inventory counts
  • Alignment with Regional Purchasing and Sales
  • Promote continuos improvements
