Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Associate with generalist HR experience, to support our dynamic start-up environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to manage multiple HR functions effectively. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent, managing payroll operations, and supporting overall HR initiatives to foster a productive and compliant workplace.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and selection
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and recruitment advertisements
  • Coordinate onboarding activities ensuring smooth integration of new hires
  • Manage the accurate and timely processing of payroll including computation of salaries, deductions, benefits, and taxes in compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations
  • Prepare and maintain payroll records, reports, and official government submissions such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR filings
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and statutory contributions
  • Collaborate with the finance team for salary disbursement and reconciliation
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Support employee relations activities, maintaining a positive work environment and promptly addressing concerns
  • Coordinate employee attendance, leaves, and benefits administration
  • Maintain personnel records ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Other HR administrative tasks that may be assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
