Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology or Finance or other related field
- Keen to details and organized.
- Understanding of labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and statutory benefits.
- Knowledgeable with the different facets of HR is a plus
- Preferably with a minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles — from job posting to onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates through resumes, interviews, assessments, and reference checks
- Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and coordinating with other HR functions.
- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations. Attend and facilitate job fairs.
- Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance.
- Participates in task forces and working groups identifying issues/problems, formulating policies and guidelines, and establishing new procedures.
- Enroll and update employees in HMO and accident insurance.
- Assists managers in conducting the performance evaluation by preparing the evaluation forms providing necessary information on the process and ensuring that the criteria and procedures on performance evaluation are considered in the process.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions.
- Perform other HR-related tasks from time to time and as necessary
