The HR Associate provides day-to-day support in various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation, and HR administration. The role ensures that HR policies and processes are implemented effectively to support employee engagement and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding

  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Assist in handling employee concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement programs and activities.
  • Help maintain a positive work environment aligned with company culture and values.

3. Training & Development

  • Coordinate with training providers and manage training logistics.
  • Maintain training records and employee development files.

4. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and timekeeping data validation.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.

5. Performance Management

  • Support the performance evaluation process by collecting and consolidating data.
  • Assist in monitoring probationary and regularization reviews.
  • Help track goal-setting and performance feedback activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of HR experience (internship/training experience may be considered).
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
