The HR Associate for Recruitment and Engagement is responsible for supporting the full recruitment cycle and assisting in employee engagement initiatives. The role ensures timely hiring of qualified candidates and contributes to programs that promote employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

RECRUITMENT

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding)
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment database
  • Ensure completion of pre-employment requirements
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through job fairs, partnerships, and referrals

ENGAGEMENT

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing employee engagement activities and company events
  • Support communication of HR programs, policies, and initiatives to employees
  • Gather employee feedback and provide inputs to improve engagement programs
  • Help in the preparation of materials, presentations, and reports for engagement activities
  • Coordinate with vendors, and internal teams for successful execution of events

GENERAL HR SUPPORT

  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation
  • Support other HR functions as needed (training, performance management, HR administration)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR functions (Employee Engagement)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office, and familiar with HR systems is an advantage
  • Energetic, creative, and passionate about employee engagement
