Job Summary:

The HR Associate provides support to the Human Resources department in daily operations, assisting in recruitment, employee relations, records management, payroll, and HR compliance. This role ensures smooth HR processes and contributes to maintaining a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and databases.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
  • Help in administering company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, training sessions, and orientations.
  • Handle basic employee inquiries and escalate concerns to HR officers or managers when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documents as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in HR functions (internship or prior role) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.

Work Conditions:
  • Full-time, onsite/remote (depending on company policy).
  • Standard office hours with flexibility for HR-related events.
