Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Engineer located in Tagaytay. The Property Engineer will be responsible for overseeing building operations, maintenance, and repairs. Key duties include managing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, inspecting building systems, and addressing tenant service requests promptly. The role also involves collaborating with contractors, monitoring budgets, and identifying areas for infrastructure improvements to ensure the optimal performance of facilities under management.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
  • Strong technical expertise in building operations, maintenance, and repair
  • Experience with preventive maintenance schedules and management of facility systems
  • Familiarity with safety policies, guidelines, and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in team supervision and effective communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, evaluate infrastructure needs, and work with external contractors
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in managing commercial or residential buildings is highly beneficial
