JOB SUMMARY

In-charge of estate and horizontal development milestone visits of Minami, LNC estate and horizontal development., attend to site concerns, and conduct random on-site orientation requests. Assist in the review and release of plan. Site validation and documentation of monitoring report responsible to ensure milestone visits on estate construction and home improvement construction. Schedule of plan releasing. Handles settlement of violation. Schedules special concerns and requests from another team. Collaborates with Safety and Security and other concerned group. Audits the unit's compliance to restrictions, reviews of process, and gives proposals for process improvements. Generates data and updates records. Assimilates and applies new job-related information.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure commitment to the customer is attained through monitoring timeliness on the review and release of the plan
  • Increase Galing Scorecard Rating through ensuring SLAs are properly implemented, and periodic check of accomplishments.
  • Conduct Inspection based on strategic schedule and proper handling of violations through regular inspection and on-site orientation of the construction progress based on the approved plan, and collaboration with Safety and Security Guard to enforce compliance.
  • Partnership with Safety and Security equipped with defined SLAs and support assistance through conducting a due process to units with a notified violation, and close monitoring of the status and progress of the notices and rectifications of units.
  • Resolve pre-existing violation categories through imposing penalties and legal demand letter submission, and collaborating with the Safety and Security on the passes and permits.
  • Complete and pass recommended courses on the LMS and/or other learning platforms.
  • Observe application of learning towards performance

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office and has knowledge in Autocad or Microsoft Project
  • Has good work ethic and has the proven capacity to multitask.
  • Willing to be assigned in Lancaster New City, Cavite.
