About the Role

Colliers International Philippines, Inc. is seeking a full-time Property Manager to join our team in Aseana City, Parañaque. What you'll be doing

  • Oversee all property operations including maintenance, security, and tenant relations
  • Manage financial activities such as budgeting, rent collection, and expense control
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Lead and develop on-site property staff
  • Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally
  • Conduct regular property inspections and preventive maintenance programs
  • Support building operations where applicable

What we're looking for:

  • Licensed Electrical/Mechanical Engineer (Required)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in property management, particularly commercial office buildings
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and building management systems/software
  • Able to work under pressure and respond to urgent concerns after office hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php90,000.00 per month
