Job Description

Oversees the planning, implementation, and management of training and organizational development programs to strengthen overall company performance and foster employee growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Tactical

  • Design, implement, and assess training and development initiatives that drive performance improvement and align with business goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans that support the organization's objectives.
  • Prepare and disseminate the company's training calendar to management.
  • Lead efforts related to training needs assessment, organizational development strategies, and program evaluations.
  • Identify performance and competency gaps across departments and create targeted learning solutions.
  • Ensure the availability of training resources and internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to meet learning requirements.

Process & Compliance

  • Create and roll out a structured 90-day onboarding program for new employees, guided by adult learning principles.
  • Implement and manage an 80-degree feedback system to evaluate and enhance training outcomes.
  • Oversee and maintain a performance management system that supports goal-setting, tracking, and achievement for both individuals and the company.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Training and Organizational Development team in their day-to-day functions.
  • Develop and introduce innovative learning programs to continuously improve employee capabilities.
  • Monitor team performance, provide mentoring, and support professional growth.
  • Handle other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any Business-related field.
  • At least five (5) years of combined experience in Training & Development and Organizational Development.
  • Strong interest and experience in Recruitment and Talent Management.
  • Experience in a Customer Service or BPO environment is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
