Job description:

Responsible for managing the creation and provision of training and organizational development programs to ensure the effective functioning of the organization and support the personal and professional growth of employees.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Tactical

  • Manage the design, delivery, and evaluation of training and development programs to enhance performance and achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic action plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Maintain and communicate the company's training calendar to management.
  • Lead initiatives related to training analysis, organizational development, and training evaluation.
  • Identify performance and development gaps across departments and create targeted training plans to address them.
  • Ensure sufficient training resources, including internal subject matter experts (SMEs), are available to meet technical learning needs.

Process & Compliance

  • Design and implement a structured 90-day onboarding curriculum for all new hires, following adult learning principles.
  • Develop and utilize an 80-degree feedback mechanism to gather insights and improve training effectiveness.
  • Oversee and sustain a performance management system that ensures clear planning, monitoring, and achievement of individual and company goals.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Training and Organizational Development team in day-to-day operations.
  • Initiate innovative training programs to continuously enhance employee competencies.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and develop career growth plans.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four (4)-year Business course
  • With at least five (5) years of combined experience in Training & Development and Organizational Development.
  • Has a strong interest and background in Recruitment and Talent Management.
  • Experience working in a Customer Service or BPO environment is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
