Job Summary:

Oversees the development and delivery of training and organizational development programs to ensure the organization operates effectively while supporting the personal and professional growth of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Tactical:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate training and development programs to improve performance and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Develop strategic action plans aligned with company goals.
  • Maintain and communicate the company's training calendar to management.
  • Lead initiatives in training analysis, organizational development, and program evaluation.
  • Identify skill and performance gaps across departments and create targeted training plans.
  • Ensure adequate training resources, including internal subject matter experts, are available to meet technical learning needs.

Process & Compliance:

  • Design and implement a structured 90-day onboarding program for all new hires based on adult learning principles.
  • Utilize an 80-degree feedback system to gather insights and enhance training effectiveness.
  • Oversee a performance management system to ensure clear goal-setting, monitoring, and achievement for individuals and the organization.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide the Training and Organizational Development team in daily operations.
  • Initiate innovative training programs to continuously enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and develop career growth plans.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of combined experience in Training & Development and Organizational Development.
  • Strong interest and background in Recruitment and Talent Management.
  • Experience in Customer Service or BPO environments is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
