Job Title: Appointment Setter / Cold Caller

Schedule: 5 hours daily (1PM – 6PM CST / 11AM – 4PM PST)

Role Overview
As an Appointment Setter / Cold Caller, you'll connect with prospects, qualify their needs, and schedule appointments that lead directly to business growth. This isn't just about making calls—it's about creating meaningful conversations that uncover real opportunities.
You'll work with tools like dialers, CRMs, and Google Docs to manage outreach, track leads, and schedule meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls daily to potential clients, leads, or property owners
- Build rapport and engage prospects in professional, natural conversations
- Qualify prospects by identifying their needs, motivations, and interest levels
- Book high-quality appointments for clients in real estate, logistics, commercial, or wholesaling
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead details, and appointments in CRM/Google Docs
- Consistently meet performance targets (e.g., minimum 2 qualified appointments per day)
- Stay resilient and professional when handling objections or rejections
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting (required)
- Background in real estate, logistics, commercial, or wholesaling is highly preferred
- Excellent English communication and active listening skills
- Strong ability to build trust and uncover client needs
- Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with CRM/data entry
- Self-motivated, focused, and results-driven
- Open to commission-based incentives on top of base pay

Consistently booking 2+ qualified appointments daily
